How much does the OTR position pay?
Our pay structure gives you room to grow. Long-tenured Gold Fox drivers can reach $0.75 CPM. Talk to recruiting about your current offer and how the pay ladder works.
What equipment will I drive?
Our fleet is mostly 2027 model-year trucks, paired with new reefer trailers. Recruiting can walk you through the equipment available for your start.
What kind of freight and routes will I run?
This is a long-haul OTR position with refrigerated freight across the U.S. Exact lanes depend on freight and operations.
Can I discuss areas I'd rather avoid?
Yes. Tell us about the lanes you like and the states or regions you prefer not to run. We'll discuss your preferences before you start.
